Scope

These Terms govern your use of this website and the booking of training services provided by Qualyvia Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful activity or misuse of provided materials.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or session environments.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality during sessions.

Services

Course content is educational and for general guidance. Participants and organizations remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Booking & Changes

• Bookings are confirmed after written acknowledgment.
• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 5 business days in advance.

Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation occurs 7 or more business days before the scheduled start.
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 3–6 business days before the scheduled start.
• No refund for cancellations within 2 business days of the scheduled start.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qualyvia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of materials or this site.
